Lotto: No winner of our lotto draw 06/07/2018, numbers drawn were 3, 10 18, 21. Sellers prize winner Tom Joe O’ Donoghue. €50 Y/t prize to Anne O’ Sullivan Renasup, €50 to D J O’ Connor Maughantourig, €40 to Mary Murphy Lisheen, Katie Buckley Toorbone & Ted O’ Healy Ballydesmond. No winner of our bonus draw, numbers drawn were 8, 11, 19 & 30. Next week’s jackpot €10,400 plus €1,000 bonus.

Relays & Juvenile B Championships: Well done to our juveniles who travelled to Tullamore last week-end. The relay team were put in at the deep end in this All Ireland competition, but will be heard of again. The U13 team members were Danielle O’ Riordan, Elaine McSweeney, Claragh O’ Connor, Naoise Quinlivan & Beth Healy. The girls will be there again next year fighting for the Mary Lucy Cup. Our individuals can be proud of themselves with Frank O’ Riordan 1st U12 shot, Saoirse Tompkins 2nd 600m U15, Dylan Scannell 3rd shot U14, Danielle o’ Riordan 3rd U13 shot, Sarah O’ Connor 3rd long jump, Claragh O’ Connor ran well as did Beth Healy. They all look forward to Munster “B” later in the month.

1 Mile League: Commenced last Wednesday evening in Barradubh with a huge turnout. Shona O’ Brien was 1st lady home & 1st junior. Robert Purcell 1st O50 & 2nd overall, Sean Twomey 2nd O40, Andrew Purcell 1st Junior, Adam Carroll 2nd U13, Emmet O’ Connor 1st U11, David O’ Carroll 1st U9, Hannah McCarthy 3rd, Siobhan Daly 1st O35 & 2nd overall, Cheryl Carmody 2nd o35, Collette Burnett 1st o45, Caroline Murphy 1st O50, Delia Foley 1st u15, Claragh O’ Connor 1st U13, Danielle O’ Riordan 23nd U13, Aine O’ Sullivan 1st U11, Daisy Cremin 2nd U11. Special thank to all our officials. This Wednesday is the 2nd leg of the race , which will be run in Fossa, race headquarters is Fossa community Centre. There is still time to run and be eligible for prizes. Race at 8.00 pm, registration from 7.00 pm. Wednesday 18th we are in Knocknagree.
